• Keep your loops short at the start. A tiny claim you actually finish beats a huge one that gets your trail cut off halfway through.
• Watch the edges of your own line constantly. One clip from an AI opponent and you're back to nothing, so don't get greedy chasing a big shape.
• Grab power-ups on the way to a loop instead of detouring for them. Extra distance just means more time exposed with a trail hanging out in the open.

There's no real story here, and honestly it doesn't need one. The whole thing runs on that snake-meets-land-grab loop that's easy to pick up in ten seconds but genuinely punishing once three or four AI rivals start boxing you in. Early on you'll be carving out little squares without much resistance, but the difficulty ramps as the map fills up and open space gets scarce, forcing sloppy, risky loops just to survive. It's casual enough for a five-minute break, yet the panic that hits when your trail is halfway across the map with nowhere safe to close it is anything but relaxed.
